Background
The Kansas Corporation Commission (KCC) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors for Regulatory Consulting Services. The KCC's mission is to regulate public utilities and ensure fair and reasonable rates for consumers. This contract aims to provide regulatory consulting assistance on an as-needed basis at the request of the Agency Representative.
Work Details
The selected vendor will provide regulatory consulting services, which may include but are not limited to:
- Analyzing regulatory issues
- Assisting in the development of regulatory policies
- Providing expert testimony
- Advising on compliance with state and federal regulations.
The services will be performed as requested by the KCC.
Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon the date of award and will continue through June 30, 2028, with an option to renew for two additional twelve-month periods.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily at the Kansas Corporation Commission's offices located at 900 SW Jackson St., Topeka, KS 66612.
