Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon execution of the contract and will extend through April 1, 2031.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must obtain a current Tax Clearance Certificate from the Kansas Department of Revenue. Additionally, bidders are required to comply with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA), submit a Certification Regarding Immigration Reform and Control form, and provide a completed Sexual Harassment policy acknowledgment. Bidders must also certify that they are not currently engaged in a boycott of goods or services from Israel.
