Work Details

1. Intel Core Ultra 5 235, 16GB RAM, 512GB M.2 SSD, NVIDIA RTX A400 4GB - High-end tower for CAD designated labs.
2. Intel Core Ultra 7 265H vPro, 16GB RAM, 512GB M.2 SSD, NVIDIA RTX 500 Blackwell - High-end laptop for Adobe CC or CAD.
3. AMD Ryzen 5 series desktops with varying specifications for student/employee use.
4. Monitors and docking stations with specific connectivity requirements.
All equipment must include a warranty allowing Ivy Tech’s certified technicians to troubleshoot and install parts directly without third-party approval. Proposals must also detail any deviations from specifications and provide a work plan for implementation.
Period of Performance
