Replenish specialty paper

Background
The Illinois Secretary of State (SOS) is seeking bids for specialty paper to fulfill its operational needs. The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability of specific types of specialty paper required by the agency. The contract will be executed upon award and will run through June 30, 2026, with a maximum total term not exceeding ten years.

Work Details
The vendor will provide the following specialty papers:
1. 17.5 x 22.5 White Smooth Finish, Husky Opaque Offset, Weight 60# - Quantity: 300,000, packed in boxes.
2. 11 x 17 White, R-bond, Weight 24#, Watermark State Seal - Quantity: 75,000; watermark is a 'ghosted' image centered on each sheet cut from the original size; ream wrapped in 500 and boxed.
3. 11 x 17 White recycled, long grain, Weight 20# - Quantity: 100,000; ream wrapped in 500 and boxed.
4. 11 x 17 Goldenrod uncoated offset, Weight 20# - Quantity: 100,000; ream wrapped in 500 and boxed.

Delivery must occur no later than four weeks after an order is placed. All products must be shipped FOB Destination to the IL Secretary of State Communications at the specified address.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and continue through June 30, 2026. The total term including any renewals or extensions shall not exceed ten years.

Place of Performance
Products will be delivered to IL Secretary of State Communications at 319 North Klein Street, Springfield, IL 62702.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all applicable laws and regulations as outlined in the solicitation. There are no specific M/WBE or SDVOSB set-asides mentioned.
