Recast Software Licenses

Background
The Illinois Secretary of State (SOS) is seeking bids for Recast Software Licensing to fulfill its operational needs. The goal of this contract is to procure software licenses for various applications, specifically targeting Right Click, Endpoints, and Application Manager functionalities.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of the following software licenses and services:
- Recast Software Licenses for Right Click Tools subscriptions (5,000 units)
- Recast Software Licenses for Endpoints Insight subscriptions (5,000 units)
- Recast Software Licenses for Application Manager subscriptions (5,000 units)
- Recast Application Workspace on Prem or Cloud (12 units)
- Recast Application WS On Boarding Premium (1 unit).

The vendor must be an authorized reseller for all supplies/services listed.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract is from March 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027. The total term of the contract, including any renewals or extensions, shall not exceed ten years.

Place of Performance
All services shall be performed within the United States. Any work performed outside the U.S. may be considered a breach of contract.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with specific certifications and requirements as outlined in the solicitation. This includes being an authorized reseller for the specified software products and adhering to all applicable federal and state laws.
