I-80 Pump Station Emergency Generator; PW25-15

The work required under this contract involves furnishing all equipment, materials, testing, and labor necessary for the construction of the I-80 Pump Station Emergency Generator project. The scope of the project includes site grading, construction of cast-in-place concrete pads and a retaining wall, installation of a structural steel platform, installation of an emergency generator, and all associated appurtenances required for the emergency generator. The project also encompasses electrical connections, selective demolition, site cleanup, and any miscellaneous appurtenances needed to complete the work as specified in the plans, specifications, and proposals. All work must be completed on or before November 01, 2026. The City of Council Bluffs Public Works Engineering Division is the requesting agency for this solicitation. Bids must be submitted electronically through IonWave by the deadline specified in the solicitation; hard copy bids will not be accepted or considered. Late or incomplete submissions will be automatically rejected, and it is the responsibility of each respondent to ensure their bid is received and complete by the deadline. The City is not responsible for technical difficulties and will not allow late submissions due to such issues.
