Background
The Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is seeking to contract with a qualified aquaculture engineering firm to enhance the operations of the Spirit Lake Fish Hatchery (SLFH).
The goal of this contract is to provide a comprehensive, turn-key equipment and design solution that meets the specific needs of the Musky Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS).
Work Details
The selected firm will be responsible for specifying and furnishing a commercial-grade aquaculture chiller unit tailored to the hydraulic parameters and water volume of the existing RAS.
Additionally, the firm will develop professional engineering plans for integrating this chiller into the current system.
