Furnish And Deliver Scissor Lift And Boom Lift

Background
The University of Hawaii is issuing Invitation for Bids (IFB) No. 25-3209 to furnish and deliver scissor lift and boom lift for Honolulu Community College, located in Honolulu, Hawaii. The goal of this contract is to provide essential equipment that supports the operational needs of the college.

Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish and deliver the following equipment:

1. ONE (1) Scissor Lift, Genie Model No. GS-3246 E-Drive or approved substitution with specifications including:
- Type: Electric Scissor Lift
- Working Height: 38-feet, 1-inch
- Platform Height: 32-feet, 1-inch
- Load Capacity: 700 pounds
- Drive Type: Electric Drive
- Safety Features including guardrails, tilt/level sensors, emergency stop button, etc.
- Warranty: One year on entire scissor lift, three years on hydraulic systems, five years on structural components.

2. ONE (1) Boom Lift, Genie Model No. Z-30/20N RJ or approved substitution with specifications including:
- Type: Articulating Boom Lift
- Working Height: 35-feet, 2-inches
- Platform Height: 29-feet, 2-inches
- Load Capacity: 500 pounds
- Drive Type: Two-Wheel Drive
- Safety Features including fall arrest bars and emergency lowering system.
- Warranty similar to that of the scissor lift.

Period of Performance
The delivery of the equipment must be completed within ONE HUNDRED TWENTY (120) consecutive calendar days from the date designated in the Notice to Proceed.

Place of Performance
Delivery shall be made to Honolulu Community College, Building 14, Room 101, located at 874 Dillingham Boulevard, Honolulu, HI 96817.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be engaged in a business whose primary interest is to provide specified goods/services and must have requisite experience and proper licenses. Bidders must also be authorized resellers of the brands offered. Additionally, bidders are required to submit a Mandatory Bid Form electronically through HIePRO.
