Anuenue Fisheries Research Center Portable Modular Office

Background
The State of Hawai‘i Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), Division of Aquatic Resources (DAR) is requesting proposals for a fully functional portable modular office structure to be delivered and installed at DAR’s Anuenue Fisheries Research Center (AFRC). The contract will result in a contract with DAR for production and installation of the modular office structure to AFRC by the delivery date.

Work Details
The purpose of the portable modular office structure will be to house DAR staff, their field gear, and office support equipment. The modular office structure will contain specific features as outlined in the requirements matrix.
The Offeror shall perform all necessary tasks to fabricate, deliver and install on-site at AFRC one (1) modular office structure in conformity with the detailed requirements provided in the requirements section of this IFB, including removal and disposal of the existing structure(s), and site prep for the new structure.
The scope of work includes meeting all the detailed requirements as set forth in Attachment 2: Requirements Matrix.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance is from the Notice to Proceed (anticipated end of June 2024) through June 30, 2025, with a six (6) month, mutually agreed upon option of a No Cost Extension.
