Background
The Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) is issuing this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) to establish a contract with a qualified supplier to provide functioning headwalls for Chattahoochee Technical College's Respiratory Therapy program. The goal is to procure ten (10) new 36” Classic Functioning Discover R Headwalls, which must meet specific functional and compatibility requirements with existing hospital systems.

Work Details
The supplier is required to provide ten (10) 36” Classic Functioning Discover R Headwalls, piped for rear air connection, along with a complete accessories package. The specifications include:

All items must be in stock and delivered within one week after the award.

Bidder Requirements
Suppliers must be authorized by the manufacturer to sell the proposed equipment and provide proof of authorization prior to bid award. The headboards and accessories must come with a warranty. Suppliers must upload an itemized quote including brand name, model number, photos, manufacturers data sheet and detailed specifications for the proposed equipment. Payment terms are Net 30 days. Suppliers must also comply with insurance requirements as outlined in the solicitation.
