This project aims to consolidate the College's academic departments and administrative units into a single location, enhancing operational efficiency and educational delivery. The renovation will encompass approximately 100,000 square feet across four floors and include sustainable design practices as mandated by state regulations.

Work Details
The scope of services includes comprehensive planning and design services for the renovation project, which will create classrooms, offices, and support spaces. Specific tasks include:
- Program Validation/Cost Model
- Existing Site Conditions Analyses
- Measured Drawings of Existing Site Conditions
- Conceptual Design
- Schematic Design
- Design Development Documents
- Construction Documents
- Construction Administration
- Interior Design
- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Communication Systems Design
- Structural Design
- Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC)

Additionally, the project will incorporate sustainable design principles in compliance with the Energy Efficiency & Sustainable Construction Act of 2008.

Period of Performance
