The contract involves providing a 2026 Ford F-450 4x4 Regular Chassis XL with a 145" Wheelbase, equipped with a 7.3L DEVCT NA PFI V8 engine and automatic transmission in Oxford White color. The truck must include the following standard equipment and options:

- Spare tire, wheel, and jack
- Trailer brake controller
- Backup alarm
- Platform running boards
- Rear view camera and prep kit
- Two extra keys
- Knapheide 6108D54 service bed on a 60" chassis with hitch
- Installation of provided backup camera
- ECCO 4 corner strobes with rocker switch
- Buyers Products LED mini light wired to rocker switch.
