Work Details
The selected consultant will provide Environmental and Consulting Engineering Services specifically for the Title V Air Operation Permit Renewal. This includes all necessary labor, materials, and equipment as outlined in the Scope of Services attached as Exhibit A. The consultant must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding air quality management.
The work may involve assessments, documentation preparation, permit application submissions, and ongoing compliance monitoring as required by state and federal regulations.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed by Lake County following approval by the Board of County Commissioners. The duration of the contract will extend until all services have been delivered and accepted by the County, including any warranty periods.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed within Lake County, Florida, with potential site visits to various locations as necessary for compliance evaluations and assessments related to air quality.
Bidder Requirements
