[RFP] - Annual Carnival Ride Services

Background
The Village of Royal Palm Beach, Florida, is seeking proposals for Annual Carnival Ride Services to support its community festivals held at Commons Park. The goal of this contract is to provide entertainment through carnival rides for the local community during various events throughout the year.

Work Details
The contractor will provide between 4 to 10 carnival rides for the Village’s community festivals, which occur 4 to 6 times annually. These festivals can last from one to three days. The contractor is expected to adhere to the specifications and schedule outlined in the bid documents.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed annually, with services provided during multiple community festivals throughout the year.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at Commons Park, located in Royal Palm Beach, Florida.

Bidder Requirements
Bids must include a Bid Security in the form of a certified bank check or a Bid Bond, amounting to no less than five percent (5%) of the total bid price if it exceeds $50,000. Additionally, bidders who have been placed on the convicted vendor list are prohibited from submitting bids or performing work with any public entity for a period of 36 months.
