Background
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is seeking competitive pricing for the removal of an existing mobile home and its replacement with a new approximately 1,000 square foot mobile home. This project is part of their mission to manage and conserve Florida's fish and wildlife resources for the benefit of the public. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the new mobile home meets specific standards and connects to existing utilities in accordance with the provided specifications.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for:

1. Removing the existing mobile home.
2. Installing a new mobile home that is approximately 1,000 square feet, which includes an air conditioning/heat pump system.
3. Connecting the new mobile home to existing electrical systems, plumbing, and well water, ensuring proper integration with the existing septic system as per specifications outlined in the solicitation documents.

Period of Performance
The contract period will be defined in the final agreement but typically includes time for removal, installation, and any necessary inspections or adjustments as required by local regulations.

The work will take place at the Aucilla Wildlife Management Area in Florida.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered in the MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) system and with SunBiz prior to bid opening. They must also submit a completed Confidentiality Exemption Form to receive electronic copies of construction plans and associated documents. Additionally, bidders are required to hold valid licenses as specified under Florida Statutes relevant to their field of work.
