Prospective vendors who believe they can provide these commodities or contractual services shall provide relevant information to the contact person listed on this advertisement no later than May 21, 2025; 12:00PM

If it is determined by the Department, after reviewing information received from prospective vendors, that the commodities or contractual services are available only from a single source, the Department will post notice of its intended decision to enter into an agreement with said vendor on the Vendor Information Portal pursuant to Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes
