Implementation and Migration to Xperience by Kentico

Background
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), through its Information Technology Services (ITS) division, is issuing this solicitation to establish a contract for the implementation and migration of the Department's on-premises Kentico v.12 Content Management System (CMS) to an on-premises Xperience by Kentico platform.

The goal is to enhance the Department's web presence while ensuring data security and integrity, particularly for sensitive information accessible only to registered law enforcement entities.

Work Details
The selected contractor will be responsible for:
- Seamless migration of over 400 pages and 9,000 assets from three primary domains: External Website (Internet), Internal Website (Corporate/Intranet), and CJNET Website (Extranet).
- Implementation and configuration of the on-premise Xperience by Kentico platform.
- Security configurations that comply with FDLE’s strict data access policies.
- Comprehensive training for FDLE website administrators on the new platform.
- Utilizing Kentico’s Migration Toolkit to streamline the migration process, ensuring functionality of key features such as web forms, reporting, and Active Directory authentication.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to begin upon execution and remain in effect for a period of one year or for the duration of the project.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement headquarters located at 2331 Phillips Road, Tallahassee, Florida.
