Deliveries will be made to the Unit 5 Cooling Tower at McIntosh Power Plant, located at 3400 E. Lake Parker Dr., Lakeland, Florida 33805. Bulk deliveries must allow for minimum order quantities of 4,000 gallons at the fixed price listed in the bid specifications.
The contractor must comply with all applicable codes, requirements, and regulations referenced in the bid documents.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will last for one year, with options for four additional one-year renewals based on mutual consent.
