Micrographic and Conversion Services

Background
The State of Delaware, through its Executive Department Office of Management and Budget, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Micrographic and Conversion Services. The goal of this contract is to identify one or more vendors to provide these services to support the needs of various state agencies and other entities receiving state funds.

This initiative is part of the state's effort to enhance operational efficiency by utilizing modern technology in document management.

Work Details
The selected vendor(s) will be required to provide all necessary equipment, materials, and labor for micrographic and conversion services. This includes but is not limited to:
- Digitization of physical documents into electronic formats.
- Storage solutions for both physical and digital records.
- Maintenance and support services for the micrographic systems implemented.
- Compliance with state specifications as outlined in Appendix A of the RFP, detailing technical requirements and standards that must be met.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on November 11, 2024, and will continue until November 30, 2026. There is an option for renewal for three additional one-year periods based on negotiations between the vendor and Government Support Services.

Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed within the State of Delaware, with specific locations determined by the needs of the various state agencies utilizing these services.
