Background
The Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) is seeking proposals for Benefits Broker Services to support its employee benefits programs. Work Details

5) Conducting annual procurements for benefits programs for the following calendar year.

Specific tasks include organizing benefits fairs, providing online and call center support, recommending changes, preparing implementation plans, and conducting assessments of current providers. The contractor must also solicit at least three quotes for employee benefits programs and prepare solicitation documents that comply with federal regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract will have an initial term of one year with three optional one-year renewal terms. The effective date will be specified in the contract.

Place of Performance
Services must be performed within the United States at USAC's headquarters in Washington, DC, or virtually as approved by USAC. A hybrid work approach is currently required.

Bidder Requirements
