CT Capitol Area District Heating and Cooling System Plant Management Services

Background
The State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Capitol Area District Heating and Cooling System Plant Management Services. The goal of this contract is to secure a qualified contractor to provide facility operator and management services for the heating and cooling system plant, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance in alignment with state regulations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following services:
- Operation and management of the Capitol Area District Heating and Cooling System Plant.
- Compliance with all applicable state regulations and standards.
- Regular maintenance and operational checks to ensure efficiency.
- Coordination with state agencies as required.
- Attendance at mandatory pre-solicitation meetings, including a site visit scheduled for January 7, 2025, at 10:00 AM ET at the State of CT CAS Plant located at 490 Capitol Avenue, Hartford, CT.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on December 6, 2024, at 8:00 AM EST and conclude on January 31, 2025, at 2:00 PM EST.

The services will be performed at the State of CT CAS Plant located at 490 Capitol Avenue, Hartford, CT.
