The City of Norwich and the School Building Committee are pleased to announce this invitation to submit qualifications and fee proposals from qualified Commissioning firms for the Commissioning Services for the John M. Moriarty Elementary School (State Project: 104-0121N) and Uncas Elementary School (State Project: 104-0120N).
Background
The City of Norwich and the School Building Committee are seeking qualified Commissioning firms to provide commissioning services for two elementary schools: John M. Moriarty Elementary School (State Project: 104-0121N) and Uncas Elementary School (State Project: 104-0120N).

The goal of this contract is to ensure that the commissioning process is effectively managed and executed for these educational facilities.

Work Details
The selected commissioning firm will be responsible for providing comprehensive commissioning services, which may include but are not limited to: developing a commissioning plan, conducting pre-functional and functional testing, ensuring systems are operating as intended, and providing documentation of the commissioning process.

The firm must demonstrate qualifications and submit fee proposals as part of their response.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence on March 20, 2025, and conclude on April 03, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at John M. Moriarty Elementary School and Uncas Elementary School located in Norwich, Connecticut.
