Background
The Department of State Hospitals (DSH) in Atascadero, California, is seeking bids for High Fiber and Bulk Apple Juices. Work Details
The contract requires the following products:

1. High Fiber Apple Juice - Must contain 100% juice with no added sugar, sweeteners, or corn syrup. Each 4 oz serving must contain at least 5 grams of fiber. Containers must be 46 oz with 12 containers per case (no metal). Reference product: Lyons Ready Care Fiber Apple Juice. Quantity: 450 cases.

2. Bulk Apple Juice - Must contain 100% fruit juice with no added sugar, sweeteners, or corn syrup. Containers must be 46 oz with 12 containers per case (no metal). Quantity: 650 cases.

Additional specifications include:
- Nutritional Facts/Ingredients must be provided for each product; failure to include this may disqualify the bid.
- Products must have a shelf life of at least five months after delivery and be shelf-stable requiring no refrigeration.
- Pallets should be packed with a maximum of six tiers per layer.
- Prices must remain fixed for the duration of the contract, which may allow for quantity adjustments of up to 15%. Monthly deliveries are expected.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on January 1, 2025, and conclude on June 30, 2025.
