Red Bluff River Park Rehabilitation Project

The City is seeking a contractor to undertake the renovation of an existing parking lot, the installation of a new spray ground featuring tall elements, the construction of a bandshell mono-slope steel shade structure (amphitheater), the addition of athletic equipment, and the building of a new pickleball court and restroom. All work must strictly adhere to the attached Plans and Specifications for the RED BLUFF RIVER PARK REHABILITATION PROJECT. The City is the requesting entity for this project. Contractors are required to obtain a Building Permit prior to commencing any work. Submissions must reference RFP #11072025.
