Background
The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) is seeking bids from authorized resellers for the SolarWinds Observability for Enterprise with Access Rights Manager annual maintenance renewal over a three-year term. The budget allocated for this contract is $320,761.

Work Details
The contract involves the renewal of the following products:

1) Access Rights Manager (ARMA1500) for up to 1500 active accounts within Active Directory, part number 2226111;

2) SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted Advanced for Enterprise (AE1000) for up to 1000 nodes, part number 2257103.

Both products are to be provided as three-year subscription renewals.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is three years, commencing on June 26, 2026, and concluding on June 25, 2029.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed electronically, with delivery through electronic download only.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be authorized resellers of SolarWinds in California and provide proof of their reseller certification. They are also required to certify that they are not subject to any Ukraine/Russia-related economic sanctions imposed by the State of California or the U.S. Government.
