Hycu Renewal

Background
The County of Los Angeles is issuing a solicitation for the renewal of HYCU services. The County aims to ensure that the selected contractor can provide necessary software and support services that align with the County's operational needs and compliance requirements.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of HYCU software services, which may involve the following:

1. Delivery of software licenses for HYCU products.
2. Technical support and maintenance services for the duration of the contract.
3. Compliance with California Labor Code provisions regarding prevailing wages for any labor involved in service delivery.
4. Submission of various required forms as outlined in Appendix A, including but not limited to: Declaration, Proposer’s Organization Questionnaire/Affidavit, Proposer’s Certification of Compliance, Request for Preference Consideration, Commercially Useful Function Certification Form, Community Business Enterprise (CBE) Information, and Prevailing Wage documentation.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be defined in accordance with the terms set forth in the final agreement but is expected to cover a multi-year term based on service needs and budget allocations.

Place of Performance
Services will primarily be performed within the jurisdiction of Los Angeles County, California.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with specific requirements including:

1. Submission of all required forms from Appendix A to avoid non-responsiveness.
2. Compliance with prevailing wage laws as applicable under California Labor Code.
3. Proof of valid and active State of California Department of Industrial Relations Public Works Contractor Registration if applicable.
4. Bidders must also demonstrate their ability to meet any set-aside certifications such as Local Small Business Enterprise (LSBE) or Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) certifications if they wish to request preference consideration.
