Fire Alarm Monitoring

Background
The State of California, through the Office of the Adjutant General of the State Military Department, is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Fire Alarm Monitoring services at the Discovery Challenge Academy (DCA).
The goal of this contract is to ensure the safety and security of the academy through effective fire alarm monitoring.
This contract aims to provide comprehensive monitoring services that comply with all relevant technical specifications.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits, and fees necessary to perform Fire Alarm Monitoring services at Discovery Challenge Academy located at 700 E. Roth Rd., Lathrop, CA 95330.
The services will include continuous monitoring of fire alarm systems in accordance with specified technical requirements.
The contractor must provide qualified personnel skilled in fire alarm systems and ensure compliance with acceptable trade practices.
All services must adhere to the specific requirements outlined in Section 4 – Technical Provisions of this IFB.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence on or around April 22, 2025, and continue through April 21, 2028, lasting a total of three years.

The geographic location for performance of this contract is at Discovery Challenge Academy, 700 E. Roth Rd., Lathrop, CA 95330.
