Work Details
The contract involves providing OEM parts for Filter Backwash Supply Pumps, specifically model number 76701-1. The quantities required are as follows:

- 4 units for line items 1, 2, and 3;
- 6 units for line item 4;
- 4 units for line item 5;
- 1 unit each for line items 6 and 7;
- 2 units for line item 8.

All parts must be compatible with existing equipment at the Hyperion Water Reclamation Plant (HWRP), and no substitutions are allowed to maintain standardization.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be fulfilled by December 4, 2025.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered on the Los Angeles Regional Alliance Marketplace for Procurement (RAMP) and comply with all applicable local business ordinances. Additionally, bidders must provide proof of being an authorized distributor/dealer for Floway products. The City encourages participation from Small Local Businesses (SLB) and offers a preference in bidding.
