The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Diesel Generator Maintenance Service - JFHQ located at Joint Forces Headquarters, 10601 Bear Hollow Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670. Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, labor, equipment, insurance, permits, transportation, and all necessary expenses to perform Diesel Generator Maintenance and Repairs. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 34868 - DO NOT OPEN. The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-10 Electrical Contractor license or subcontract to one. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Joy Lubic, at Joy.Lubic@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 04/17/2025. Email subject lines must state RFI FOR EVENT# 34868. If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. The bid opening will be held on 05/01/2025 at 2:00 PM. Background
The State of California, Office of the Adjutant General, California Military Department is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Diesel Generator Maintenance Services at the Joint Forces Headquarters located at 10601 Bear Hollow Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper maintenance and repair of diesel generators to support the operational readiness of the facility.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits, and fees necessary for Diesel Generator Maintenance Services. This includes providing all necessary materials, labor, equipment, insurance, permits, transportation, and all expenses to perform Diesel Generator Maintenance and Repairs.
All work must comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this IFB.

Period of Performance
The contractor will be allowed 1095 Calendar Days to complete this project. The start date will be established by a Job Start Meeting within 7 days after receipt of the fully executed contract and issuance of the Notice to Proceed.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed at Joint Forces Headquarters located at 10601 Bear Hollow Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670.

Bidder Requirements
The prime contractor must possess a type C-10 Electrical Contractor license or subcontract to one. Bidders must submit proposals based solely on the contract documents and list all subcontractors on the proposal form.
Bidders certified as a 'Disabled Veteran’s Enterprise Businesses' shall be granted up to five percent (5%) bid preference. All bidders must comply with the Drug-Free Workplace Act and provide proof of insurance against liability for workers’ compensation.
