Background
The County of Orange, through its County Executive Office - Office of Care Coordination, is soliciting proposals for Coordinated Entry System (CES) Administrator(s) aimed at assisting Individuals, Families, and Survivors of Domestic Violence who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless.
The primary goal is to streamline access to appropriate services and housing interventions while implementing a regional coordination approach. This program is part of the County's efforts to enhance its Homeless Response System.
Work Details
The contract will involve providing services as CES Administrator for three specific subpopulations: Program A for Individuals, Program B for Families, and Program C for Survivors of Domestic Violence. Each program component requires specialized knowledge and expertise in addressing the unique needs of these groups.
The CES aims to meet individualized preferences and needs with the goal of supporting participants in achieving stable housing. Respondents must provide all services detailed in the Scope of Work as outlined in the RFP.
Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract is anticipated to be two years, with options for renewal for up to three additional years based on performance and funding availability.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed within Orange County, California.
Bidder Requirements
Respondents must have at least five years of recent experience developing and supporting a Homeless Response System. They must complete all required organization response questions and pass IT security requirements. Additionally, they must not be listed on any exclusion lists from federal programs. A valid D-U-N-S number and UEI number are required prior to contract award.
