25FS0505 BAS (Building Automation System) Maintenance

Background
The California Department of Veterans Affairs (CalVet) is seeking vendors to provide preventative maintenance services and repairs for the Building Automation System (BAS) at the Veterans Home of California in Fresno.
The goal of this contract is to ensure that all systems, including Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), are functioning optimally.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary products, equipment, tools, and labor required for the maintenance and repair of the Building Automation System (BAS).
This includes ensuring that HVAC systems and other miscellaneous control systems are operating at peak performance.
Specific tasks include regular preventative maintenance services as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).

Period of Performance
The anticipated term of this contract begins on September 1, 2025, and will continue as specified in the contract terms.

Place of Performance
Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Home of California (VHC) — Fresno, 2811 W. Cesar Chavez Blvd., Fresno, CA 93706.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be legally constituted and qualified to do business within California.
They must not be listed on either list of the 500 largest tax delinquencies.
Bidders must maintain valid Workers’ Compensation Insurance and Commercial General Liability Insurance with minimum coverage amounts specified.
Additionally, bidders must comply with DVBE participation requirements if applicable.
