The El Dorado County Procurement & Contracts Division is seeking bids for the purchase of one (1) new 2025/2026 Chrysler Pacifica AWD or equivalent vehicle.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of one (1) new 2025/2026 Chrysler Pacifica AWD or equivalent vehicle.
The vehicle must comply with all provisions of the California Vehicle Code, State of California Division of Industrial Safety, and Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards.
The bid pricing must include factory rebates, dealer charges, preparation, delivery, and DMV processing fees (excluding DMV vehicle license fees).
The vehicle must be delivered no later than September 12, 2025, and will be invoiced and titled to the County of El Dorado at the specified address.
Specifications include:
- Standard 3.6L V6 engine
- 9-speed automatic transmission
- All-wheel drive differential
- Power steering with tilt/cruise control
- Full cabin climate control
- Standard air bags
- Power windows and door locks
- Minimum EPA MPG rating.
Additional features include a Uconnect infotainment system with Bluetooth capability and various optional packages such as all-weather floor mats.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from the date of award until the vehicle is delivered by September 12, 2025.

Place of Performance
Delivery location is Department of Transportation - Fleet Services, 2443 Headington Road, Placerville, CA 95667.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess a valid California Seller’s Permit at the time of bidding.
They are required to complete all line items in the Quotation Schedule and provide a written quote for any additional items not listed.
Bidders must also comply with local vendor preference requirements if applicable.
