Background
Caltrans is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms that may lead to the award of a contract for On-Call Land Surveying Services for District 7 South. The estimated contract amount is $1,600,000.00 - $2,600,000.00. The estimated contract term is three years.

Work Details
The consultant must perform Land Surveying Services, on an 'as-needed' basis to support the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), Division of Design, District 07. The consultant may provide services including control surveys, design and topographic surveys, construction staking, cadastral land net surveys, as-built surveys, utilities surveys, monumentation surveys, Records of Survey, and the preparation, filing, and recordation of survey documents.
Other specialty land surveying services provided shall include laser scanning including Mobile Terrestrial Laser Scanning (MTLS), 3D/4D Modeling, subsurface utility mapping, surveys utilizing the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS), and GIS data collection.

Period of Performance
The estimated contract term is three years.

Place of Performance
The work must be performed on projects to improve the State transportation system throughout the southern portion of the county of Los Angeles in California.
