Secondary Clarifier Rehabilitation

Background
The City of Sedona is seeking bids for the Secondary Clarifier Rehabilitation project at its Wastewater Treatment Plant. The goal of this contract is to furnish and install equipment for two circular segmented scraper cage drive clarifiers, which are essential for the treatment of wastewater in the city.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for furnishing and installing equipment for two (2) circular segmented scraper cage drive clarifiers at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. The work includes all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and services required to complete the project as per the specifications outlined in the contract documents.
The contractor must ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations during the execution of this project.

Period of Performance
The contract duration is set for 480 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed date.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Wastewater Treatment Plant located in Sedona, Arizona.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond amounting to ten percent (10%) of their total bid amount as security. Additionally, bidders must be licensed as required by the State of Arizona and registered with the Arizona Corporation Commission prior to contract execution.
Bidders are also required to submit a Statement of Qualifications and a list of proposed subcontractors.
