3. 40 mL amber borosilicate glass vials (7200 total).
4. 125 mL HDPE round plastic bottles with LDPE-lined closure (1440 total).
5. 250 mL HDPE round plastic bottles with LDPE-lined closure (2880 total).
6. 500 mL HDPE round plastic bottles with LDPE-lined closure (1200 total).
7. 1000 mL HDPE oblong plastic bottles with wide mouth liner-less leak-proof closure (720 total).
Additional specifications include pre-cleaning per U.S. EPA guidelines, laser-printable labels, delivery requirements, and immediate replacement of any broken glassware at no charge.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will remain in effect for one year, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods.
