Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following services:
- Remove structure, foundation, and footings
- Cut and clean/clear the entire property to ensure it is mowable after demolition
- Cut down all bushes and small trees not on a fence line
- Cut back all bushes and small trees on the fence line, including any ditches or alleys
- Trim tree branches to no less than 8 feet from the ground
- Remove all building materials, demo debris, footings, poles, mailboxes, concrete or brick pads & trash
- Remove driveways while leaving only the driveway skirt at the street
- Remove all sidewalks except for public sidewalks
- Remove front steps and handrails at front steps
- Remove all accessory structures and mailboxes
- Fill may be required after removal of structures
- Remove dead trees & limbs and storm shelter; fill in well as necessary
- Leave north border fencing while removing interior fencing and other border fences as specified. Asbestos removal is required.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be performed as needed based on project requirements.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have a current and valid Arkansas Contractors License listing demolition services. They must also provide proof of a current and valid Business License. Additionally, vendors are required to carry insurance including Worker’s Compensation (statutory), Comprehensive General Liability ($1 million), Personal Injury ($1 million), Property Damage ($1 million), and must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Little Rock as additional insured prior to contract award.
