Government Description
AUDIOLOGY SERVICES IDIQ 5 YEAR PERIOD. THIS CONTRACT PROVIDES DIAGNOSTIC AUDIOLOGY SERVICES FOR NYARNG SERVICE MEMBERS THROUGHOUT NEW YORK STATE TO SUPPORT ANNUAL MEDICAL READINESS AND SOLDIER READINESS PROCESSING (SRP) FOR MOBILIZATION OPERATIONS. THE CONTRACTOR PERFORMS BASELINE DOEHRS-HC AUDIOGRAMS, COMPREHENSIVE AUDITORY EVALUATIONS, TYMPANOMETRY, MILITARY OCCUPATIONAL HEARING TEST (MOHT) TESTING, AND MAINTAINS CAPABILITY TO STAFF TWO EVENTS SIMULTANEOUSLY WITH A THROUGHPUT OF UP TO 200 PERSONNEL PER 6-HOUR PERIOD. SERVICES ARE DELIVERED AT DESIGNATED NYARNG ARMORIES AND MILITARY FACILITIES STATEWIDE.
