Klavon Tidewater JV,* Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is awarded a not-to-exceed $30,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for architect-engineer services within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Southeast area of operations (AO).
