BASE PERIOD OF CONTRACT N40192-16-D-2823, SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (SDVOSB MACC). THE WORK TO BE ACQUIRED UNDER THIS SDVOSB MACC IS MINOR RENOVATION/MODERNIZATION AND ROUTINE MINOR REPAIR/MAINTENANCE PROJECTS ON GOVERNMENT SHORE-BASED FACILITIES IN GUAM. OCCASIONALLY, WORK MAY BE REQUIRED AT FEDERAL OR MILITARY FACILITIES AND INSTALLATIONS IN THE NORTHERN MARIANA ISLANDS AND THE OUTLYING PACIFIC ISLANDS.

Jul 2016: Global Engineering Services Inc.,* San Diego, California (N40192-16-D-2820); M-80 Systems Inc.,* Barrigada, Guam (N40192-16-D-2821); Pacific Industrial Coatings,* Maite, Guam  (N40192-16-D-2822); Pearl Construction Environmental Service Inc.,* Tamuning, Guam (N40192-16-D-2823); and RELYANT Global LLC,* Maryville, Tennessee (N40192-16-D-2824), are each being awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, multiple award construction contract for construction projects located primarily within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Marianas area of responsibility.  The maximum dollar value including the base period and four option years for all five contracts combined is $30,000,000.  The work to be performed provides for minor renovation/modernization and routine minor repair/maintenance projects on Government shore-based facilities in Guam.  The work (task orders) will generally include all supervision, labor, safety controls, transportation, materials, equipment, permit and clearances and other incidental work required to complete the scopes of work.  Occasionally, work may be required at federal or military facilities and installations in the Northern Mariana Islands and the outlying Pacific islands.  RELYANT Global LLC is being awarded task order 0001 at $99,641 for the installation of window shutters (Phase III) for 15 units at Harbor Heights (Lockwood Terrace) Housing Area, Naval Base Guam Apra Harbor.  Work for this task order is expected to be completed by February 2017.  All work on this contract will be performed primarily on Guam.  The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months, with an expected completion date of July 2021.  Fiscal 2016 operations and maintenance (Navy) contract funds in the amount of $139,641 are obligated on this award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  Future task orders will be primarily funded by operations and maintenance (Navy).  This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with 14 proposals received.  These five contractors may compete for task orders under the terms and conditions of the awarded contract.  The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Marianas, Guam, is the contracting activity.
