Microsoft enterprise technical support services provides enterprise-level technical support, consulting services, and unified support for Microsoft technologies across various Department of Defense (DOD) agencies and military commands. Work performed includes Microsoft Premier Support (MPS), Microsoft Consulting Services (MCS), and unified support for mission-critical it systems, cloud environments, application modernization, data management, and cybersecurity initiatives. Support is delivered to organizations such as the US Air Force academy, Army cyber command, military sealift command, defense contract audit agency, defense language institute, DISA, eighth Army, HQDA, forscom, inscom, norfolk naval shipyard, jaic, USMC, usaaa, PEO digital, USACE, and others. Services encompass planning, architecture design, implementation, incident response, and enablement of solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies including office 365, azure cloud, power bi, and enterprise email and portal migrations.
