Government Description
The Mission Planning Support Contract (MPSC) Ensures Sustainment Infrastructure Is Established To Support All Mission Planning Environments (MPES) and future Jmps Open Mission Systems (JOMS) deployment environments. In addition to supporting these environments, the contract provides continued support for multiple mission planning systems and mission planning requirements for organizations including ssf, AFRC, ANG, AMC, AFMC, raf waddington, AFGSC, caoc, and aetc. The contract also supports Foreign Military Sales (FMS) mission planning requirements for various international partners, including travel and shipment support to countries such as Denmark, Japan, Bulgaria, Iraq, Singapore, Egypt, Belgium, Saudi Arabia, Greece, United Arab Emirates, taiwan, and korea. Work is performed at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, and various locations outside the contiguous U.S.

This contract provides for continued support of multiple mission planning systems. Work will be performed Hill Air Force Base, Utah, and various locations outside the contiguous U.S., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2034. This contract involves Foreign Military Sales to Australia, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Denmark, Egypt, France, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Japan, Jordan, Korea, Morocco, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom. This contract was a competitive acquisition, and seven offers were received. Fiscal 2025 operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $944,514 are being obligated at the time of award.
