Government Description
FY2026 CITY PAIR PROGRAM (CPP) AWARDEE (JETBLUE AIRWAYS). UNDER THIS CONTRACT, JETBLUE AIRWAYS WILL PROVIDE SCHEDULED AIR PASSENGER TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, INCLUDING DOMESTIC, INTERNATIONAL, AND FIFTH FREEDOM OF THE AIR LINE ITEMS, USING ITS OWN AIRCRAFT AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES. SERVICES MUST BE AVAILABLE ON OFFERED CODESHARE PARTNERS, COMPLY WITH THE CARRIER’S PUBLISHED TARIFFS, AND BE PROVIDED ON A NON-DISCRIMINATORY BASIS WITH DAILY SERVICE FOR DOMESTIC ROUTES AND AT LEAST THREE DAYS PER WEEK FOR INTERNATIONAL ROUTES. JETBLUE AIRWAYS IS REQUIRED TO OFFER UNRESTRICTED COACH FARES (YCA), CAPACITY-CONTROLLED FARES (_CA), AND BUSINESS CLASS FARES (_CB) WHERE APPLICABLE.
