This contract provides an uninterrupted supply of bevacizumab injection products, including avastin, mvasi, alymsys, vegzelma, and zirabev, in 25MG/ml concentrations and 4ML or 16ML vial sizes, for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Defense (DOD), Bureau of Prisons (BOP), Indian Health Service (IHS), and Federal Health Care Center (FHCC). Products must be supplied with the exact name and unique ndc number on the label, and distributed through VA and DOD pharmaceutical prime vendor programs to various agency locations.
