Genomic analysis is being performed for the Million Veteran Program (MVP), a national research initiative by the VA office of research and development. Includes high-throughput custom genotyping array, dna methylation, and molecular analysis on custom genotyping snp chips for ongoing MVP research samples, utilizing va-approved protocols and platforms such as thermofisher axiom and illumina infinium epic. Tasks also include electronic sample tracking and management, strict adherence to VA custom sops and QA/QC metrics, and secure handling of samples and data by personnel with appropriate background investigations. All services are conducted at the contractor’s facility within the continental United States.
