EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY (EEO) INVESTIGATION SERVICES IDIQ PILOT MIDWEST DISTRICT PROVIDES OFFICE OF RESOLUTION MANAGEMENT (ORM) EEO INVESTIGATION SERVICES FOR COMPLAINTS RECEIVED WITHIN THE MIDWEST DISTRICT. CONTRACTOR SUPPORT PERSONNEL ENSURE THAT DISCRIMINATION COMPLAINTS ARE PROCESSED FAIRLY, PROMPTLY, THOROUGHLY, AND IN STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY COMMISSION (EEOC) REGULATIONS, PUBLIC LAW 105-114, AND TITLE 29 CFR PART 1614. ORM ALSO PROMOTES A HEALTHY WORKING ENVIRONMENT BY EDUCATING MANAGERS AND STAFF ON THE ELEMENTS OF A HEALTHY WORKPLACE AND SUPPORTING THE PREVENTION, RESOLUTION, AND PROCESSING OF WORKPLACE DISPUTES, INCLUDING DISCRIMINATION COMPLAINTS.
