Government Description
Exclusive use type 1 helicopter flight services provided in support of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) at boise, Idaho. The contractor supplies a type I heavy helicopter, personnel, fuel servicing vehicle, fuel, and all associated equipment to support fire and natural resource missions. Missions may include fire suppression, fire monitoring, initial attack, prescribed fire and aerial ignition, law enforcement surveillance, reconnaissance, step operations, and hoist and fast rope insertion operations. Required crew includes pilots, fuel servicing vehicle drivers, and mechanics.
