The High Technology Foundation will be provided with $2,000,000.
The purpose of the proposed project is to conduct research that will lead to the conceptualization of an innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem in North Central West Virginia involving the climate and weather sector.
The Principal Investigator with the West Virginia High Technology Foundation will coordinate with the NOAA Technology Partnerships Office as well as the NOAA Office of the Chief Information Officer regarding potential collaboration efforts.
