Application Purpose:
This application includes $28,944,625 of FFY21 Federal 5307-ARP Act funding apportioned to the Fresno (UZA #60800) for COVID-19 related operating and capital scopes. This funding allows continued uninterrupted transit operations during the COVID-19 state of emergency in a safe, clean, and socially-distant manner.
Activities Performed:
The ARP Act dollars in this application shall fund operating expenses incurred in FY21 and FY22. Typical pre-COVID transit schedules will be maintained with no layoffs or furloughs in a safe, clean, and socially-distant manner.
Expected Outcomes:
Continued uninterrupted transit service is available during the COVID-19 state of emergency in a safe, clean, and socially-distant manner.
Intended Beneficiaries:
All ridership within the FAX service area.
Subrecipient Activities:
N/A - FAX does not have federal subrecipients.
