Purpose: Extend Runway
Activities to be Performed/Expected Outcomes: This project will extend Runway 18/36 to 7,000 feet to meet the operational needs of the airport. This grant funds the ninth phase, which consists of the construction of 1,000 feet of runway and parallel taxiway. This multi-year grant provides $150,000 of fiscal year 2023 funding subject to future appropriation. Additionally, this multi-year grant provides $4,714,000 in fiscal year 2022 funding.
Intended Beneficiary: This grant will provide federal funding for airports associated with Zionsville, Indiana.
