Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Workforce Information Grants Allotments for Program Year (PY) 2024. The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) provides grants to states and outlying areas for Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth Activities program allotments for Program Year (PY) 2024. The purpose is to provide information to states and outlying areas on WIOA Title I Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth Activities program allotments for PY 2024; PY 2024 allotments for the Wagner-Peyser Act ES Program; and the allotments of Workforce Information Grants to states for PY 2024.

The total appropriation includes formula funds for the states as well as National Reserve funds used for National Dislocated Worker Grants.
